Synopsis

Laura dreams of becoming a beauty queen. But when she witnesses a gang hit in a nightclub, the mob rigs an upcoming pageant and she’s dragged into the world of drug cartels and corrupt cops. Acting as their mule, she is pressured into carrying cash across the border and being a sex-slave to the boss. Every act of resistance she makes – going to the police and warning intended targets – just gets her in deeper.
