Synopsis

1572-The war of religion between Catholics and Protestants was raging. To reconcile the French, Catherine de Medici decided to marry his daughter, the Catholic Marguerite de Valois, the "Queen Margot" with the Protestant Henri de Navarre, later King Henry IV. During the night of St. Bartholomew while the blood is flowing in the streets of Paris, the "Queen Margot" saves the massacre lord of the Mole. Between the Catholic Margot and the Protestant Mole was born a passion that will switch their fates. More than a great historical drama, the cruel and violent "Queen Margot" is a powerful, majestic film with an impressive distribution.
