Tender Mercies

Synopsis

A compassionate love story tracing the relationship between a burnt-out country-and-western star and the young widow he meets in a small Texas motel. With a past littered with the spoils of fame and scarred by the effects of alcoholism, two broken marriages and a painful descent from stardom have left him very low. But Rosa Lee and her young son help him to live life joyfully again.
