synopsis

Zoe Adler is a twenty-something love starved dotcom'er who is running away from herself and from reality. She compulsively avoids being home alone and spends countless hours listening to KXCH "Cherish" radio, loosing herself in a syrupy romantic fantasy of 1970's and 80's pop songs. When she manages a three-martini cocktail with the object of her latest romantic obsession, she ends up driving a hijacked car that mows down a policeman. For this, she is unfairly incarcerated in the electronic bracelet program and is trapped in her apartment for two years. With only the nerdy bracelet officer, Daly, to provide uneasy company, Zoe sheds her rose colored glasses and finds a new meaning of love and self worth. But when she realizes that she is still being stalked by her attacker/admirer, she will have only a few hours to find him and thus become her own superhero...
