Synopsis
It's the summer of 1969 on the Mediterranean Coast. Sun, sex and the onset of the swingin' 70's.
Childhood buddies, Paul and Vincent, spend most of their days hanging out on the beach. One particular day, they meet up with Alice and her friend, Eve. As their lives intertwine, couples fall into place but not quite in the right order. Alice drifts away, Paul marries Eve, and Vincent weds Marie.
Against a backdrop of a decade marked by sexual liberation, The Enchanted Interlude brings us three girls and two boys who cross each other's paths, love one another, split up and reunite.
Born in Marseilles in 1963, Michel Spinosa has scripted and directed all of his films starting with several shorts and moving onto the feature, Take Me Away (1994). The Enchanted Interlude is his most recent film feature.
