synopsis

When bank official Arthur Winslow's retirement is marred by the news that his younger son has been expelled from Osborne Naval College on a charge of theft, he is convinced of his son's innocence. But his struggle on the boy's behalf seems to be a hopeless cause until a famous KC and political leader, Sir Robert Morton, agrees to take up the challenge.
