Roberta Whitloff, a cop burdened by guilt since the day her brother was killed before her very eyes, has become a danger to everyone. Following a touchy incident, the police close the file on her brother's death. Roberta, a hard and stubborn character, decides to act alone. How will she find the murderer ?
